services

summary of services

My unique advantage in overall project creation is due to my ability to see the big picture. I don't deliver technologies, I deliver solutions. I'm not a programmer, or graphic designer or marketer. I'm a businessman and my focus is on end results.

While many sell similar services individually, for the real magic to happen these all need to be employed synergistically.

development

|

While I have the ability for all forms of development, I specialize in large dynamic, database driven applications for the web. My obsession for clean, bug free code and attention to detail allow for superior end products.

graphic design

I design simple but effective web graphics that allow the idea to get across while maintaining usability, search engine optimization and a consistent look on all devices. Print copy, logos, letterheads, etc are also available.

usability

|

I'm blessed because I am a decent programmer but I don't always have to think like one. The greatest site isn't great if it's just plain hard to use. This is a really critical one.

pay-per-click management

This is my baby. I manage clients who have 6 figure monthly budgets for pay-per-click search engines. Any position is possible - bypass the bidding wars. All budgets can benefit from the many tricks up my sleeves for minimizing expense and maximize ROI.

search engine optimization

|

Unlike most, to me this isn't an afterthought. Every thing I do is maximizing the ranking potential. I create sites that are dynamic, clean, design separated, popular due to PPC and some other tricks that also deliver great content. Search engines love them.

e-mail marketing

|

This isn't your typical newsletter. Maximize your customer list by predicting their every move - or lack of move, earning their trust and maximizing customer value.

So much to say here, but just imagine the instant and automatic ability to send e-mail to say, "Everyone who is a new customer, who looks at t-shirts frequently, who's favorite color is red, who added an item to the shopping cart, but who hasn't been back to the site in over a week. Let's automatically e-mail them a $10 off coupon for red t-shirts and a reminder that the site's shopping cart is completely safe and secure." Also, much more:)

analytics

|

This is the most critical of all. The key is I keep all the traffic, for all the visitors, and can associate the user with server-side data, allowing for segmentation and demographics which allows for advanced marketing features and maximize customer value.

Other benefits include checking bottlenecks, A/B testing, advert testing, campaign testing, etc. This is a never ending process of analysis and improving.
